In August Heather and I asked Eric to build a screened porch for us. We told him what we wanted and he created a unique structural design that we could afford. Basically, we replaced the old corrugated deck covering with a metal roof that is supported by two posts and a massive beam. The porch will be enclosed by 29 screens, two double screen doors and French doors into the house. It will also feature a wood stove and a ceiling fan. The project should be finished by Thanksgiving.
